We are looking for professional men and women who want to make a difference in Early Childhood
Education. PDS is a quality training and consulting firm dedicated to teaching and supporting
teachers, directors, owners, administrators, and support staff in child care programs across NC.
Candidates must have classroom (preschool: 6 weeks - 5 years-old) experience and administrative experience in
a NC Licensed Early Childhood Education Program. Must have completed an ECE or related degree, or currently
working towards degree. Must have clear criminal records, excellent references, and a portfolio containing all
pertinent documentation, awards, training, and certifications that would help qualify you for the position. MOST
IMPORTANTLY: Must be hard working, self-motivated, professional, well-spoken, honest, approachable,
personable, tactful, respectful, and someone who can be looked up to. Our trainers are expected to be experts in
our field; our extensive training program will prepare you to be an innovator in our field. This is a company and
position of unlimited opportunity and growth.
