To help you know where you stand, what you are doing well on, and what you want to work on. Full Summery
Report Included. Assessments provided at the beginning of the 6 months AND at the end of the 6 months to
see the growth/improvement made, define final touches and score.
On-Site Classroom Assistance Days
Hands-on training and assistance, and best of all...we give credit hours towards your annual in-service
training requirements! Plan of action created with teachers to ensure success and inspire leadership.
The Preparing for the Scales Workshop
4.0 credit hours. This workshop goes over each indicator for BOTH the ITERS-R & ECERS-R scales in
great detail. This workshop highlights the commonly made mistakes, tips, hints, and techniques to be
successful in the scales! Fosters teamwork; it is important for everyone to sit down together and make a
cohesive plan! This session is for every member of your team, teacher, director, floater, and cook alike.
The Staff Meeting Session
3.0 credit hours. This meeting is for all members of your team. This is the last session to wrap-up last minute
questions and unresolved problems. We review commonly made mistakes, pump the team up, and assure
their success if they try their best. Fantastic opportunity for team building and bonding, and the perfect way
to end the prep process.
